- 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
Roll into a log
Place in freezer for at least 2 hours
Cut to your desired shape
Bake on 350 degrees (Fahrenheit) for 5 minutes or until bottoms start to turn golden brown.
